Need shapes, how to? Sources? What file type?

How do I make my own pull shapes?

Where do I place the files?

Bump, my option for the drop down pull shape menu just dissapears when I insert my own files to that directory.

Wow! I have been trying to figure this out for 2 days straight. LITERALLY.

How can divide the images which are currently one piece as a jpeg or other file type etc?
How do I properly convert them ready to be placed in the alchemy shapes folder??????????
