hey guys!
i came back to my long time WIP here

it started out like that

then i added some legs also done in alchemy
Image

now just details and details and more details. im not even done "cleaning" up all the alchemy spots and transforming them into concrete structures and shapes
but hell! this is going to be my most detailed piece ever :) and i spent 20 hours on it already
Image

and here is a higher res of one of the legs

hey Dashang!
thanks man! appreciated!
we can meet on skype perhaps and i could also stream my desktop for you to see. i got a livestream channel for that :)

otherwise , as for the settings i do use the SPEED SHAPES with black at 60% opacity to put on the shapes and with the 100% opacity white i erase out again :)

There is such great talent here for such a small forum. I really love the hard surface shapes you got going on. How do you usually approach working with them after you have created the sketch in Alchemy?

many many thanks mate :)
when done in alchemy i usually clean up the mess abit py taking the lasso tool and filling with the several shades that are given in the alchemy sketch. then with an additional layer on top set to OVERLAY. you can render the surfaces with white and black even more :)
