I need help..

Ok i'm getting in to this and i have great ideas just need helpon how to take it farther and make it look better...
i have Photoshop but dont really know how to use with this program i am a quick leaner and i will up load some of the pics i worked on

i suggest playing around with photoshop and also looking up some basic photoshop tutorials on youtube.
its impossible to teach you photoshop over the internet forums =D
