Firstly, I love Alchemy! A fantastic way to wake up the brain and discover new shapes. I get so tired of seeing the same shapes reappear in my sketches.
I am experimenting with drawing techniques as part of my final year at Universty and have tried using Alchemy as a means to generate characters. In the following video I scan in a rough sketch which I then toss in to Alchemy to generate a more interesting silhouette. From there I pick one which is placed into Photoshop to be finished. Never mind the monotone voiceover, its part of my project
