Shortcuts for opacity

Simple key commands to decrease/increase opacity for lines and shapes would be very nice. Then I could add these to my slider on my Wacom tablet.

went ahead and added transparency shortcuts to the swatch color code that i am working on. Should show up in an upcoming svn build. 
currently i set keybindings to / and * since i was thinking that I would set up the numberpad area to control swatchy things... but this certainly may not stick.
