Shape Outline Feature

When using any of the create tools, it would be nice, instead of having to choose between a solid shape or an outline, if both can be turned on with independent variables, such as outline thickness and color. This would allow the edges of overlapped shapes to be visible.

btw - alchemy is amazing; it's the first step in taking the idea of custom brush techniques to the next level. I love it.
