Colour Palette Can't Be Seen

Postby NDean on Thu, 09 Apr 2009 13:44:27 GMT

When I open the colour palette this happens. If I eventually find a way of moving it, then close it, then reopen, this happens again.

What do I do?

Also, my pressure shapes tool doesnt seem to do anything.

Thanks for that!

There is definitely some issues with vista.
I installed it last night and will have a look into it soon.

I couldn't emulate this bug on Vista.
It could be caused by a dud window location when you exit the app.
Is it still happening?

Hey NDean,

Do you use a dual monitor setup? I've found that many times when I've been switching between different monitors it's been very common for windows to get lost off-screen.

To fix it, I use a freeware program called Nirsoft WinExplorer, which lets you type in new values for window locations, among other things. This may be able to help you as well.

Also, have you tried deleting everything in your alchemy directory (pullshapes PDFs aside) and using a fresh install?
