SO, I'm running Alchemy Beta 008 (0.0.8.1) on OS X 10.9.4 (Mavericks) and I have found a couple tiny bugs.
1: If I toggle fullscreen, alchemy will crash pretty consistently. So far, entering fullscreen mode is fine, but sometimes just exiting with cmd+F or Esc will cause a crash, and using cmd+F to quickly toggle back and forth a few times will always cause a crash.
2: If I detach the toolbar and drag it over to my second monitor, the little crosshair cursor will be replaced by the regular mouse pointer most of the time. The only consistent workarounds I've found are:
- Move the toolbar window a tiny bit before switching back to the canvas.
- If the canvas isn't full-screened, switching back to the canvas window with cmd+` (or whatever is mapped to settings > keyboard > shortcuts > keyboard > "Move focus to next window").
- Adjusting transparency as a final toolbar action (but only if I click and drag, I think? if I just click somewhere on the transparency bar, the mouse pointer will usually show up)
But yes, if the toolbar is on a different monitor and I make changes to style, over/under, weight, color, create, affect, or any of the other settings, the mouse pointer will (usually) show up instead of the crosshair.
