color picker does not work twice

i can only once use the magnifying glass/color picker to get a color from anywhere on the screen.
the second time the color picker appears but when i click i hear the 'error' sound and the color does not change.
there is no way to return to normal status and the only option is to Force Stop the application.

or am i wrong?

The colour picker comes from a library used to make things more mac-like.
Just checking it now, it is pretty buggy!
I think you can hit the escape key and get the colour window back in focus.
I will have to figure out something, because this feature is buggy on mac and non-existent on windows and linux.
