Problem on Ubuntu

Postby MarkoT on Sat, 09 Oct 2010 12:31:07 GMT

Hi, I'm on Ubuntu 10.10 right now, I have installed the latest Java. I have downloaded package of Alchemy for Linux
and unpacked it. When I run Alchemy (Alchemy.jar), I get message:

"At least one module must be installed for Alchemy to run. Check the module folder and try to launch application again"

What seems to be problem?

Hi MarkoT,

I think the application takes current working directory and than it searches for the modules inside the directory. In terminal I did:
Code: Select all
cd /home/david/Alchemy
./Alchemy.jar

/home/david/Alchemy is the directory with the app.
I hope it works for you as well as for me:)
