Pressure Shapes _ Glitch

So I'm running Alchemy on a macbook pro with the latest version of snowleopard, and I think i found a glitch with pressure shapes:

when drawing with pressure shapes, sometimes the cursor does doesnt respond - i'll make a mark and nothing shows up (and it's not because i have drawing set to under). This usually occurs when im hitting x to quickly change back and forth between my background and foreground colors. It doesnt seem to happen with the other tools.

Does this happen when the focus is shifted from the canvas to for example, the toolbar, menubar, another window etc...?
There was one bug I found like this:

But that has now been fixed.

Be sure to be using Alchemy for Mac 10.5+
Alchemy for Mac 10.4 uses an old version of jpen still containing this bug :-S
