Java Error Message for 10.4 Mac

I'm on 10.4 & I ran Alchemy no problem. installed my Wacom & it still ran fine. Now it just doesn't start up at all with out this error message.
I've reinstalled several times no luck. Please Help.

Did you try deleting the Preferences file?
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/org.alchemy.core.plist

Just as a precaution, let me mention:
It is probably something to do with entering fullscreen.
So be careful with that, and when switching to Simple Mode (which starts in fullscreen).
