Transparency Saving Issue Screenshot

Hi guys ..i hope this isnt redundant.
Here is a screenshot progression of an issue that wont go away and its killing my illustrations.

I open up a saved pdf from alchemy.... i add to it in nice solid colors ....and when its time to save ...everything i added becomes a transparency.... basically wiping out everything i just spent time illustrating... it happens when i save the page or save as a PDF.

Im using a Mac 10.5.8

I got exactly the same Problem.

And i am using Al.chemy together with Windows XP. (Maybe that helps solving the problem? I dont know.)

I would be glad if the problem could be solved because at the moment i have to do my work in one single rush instead
of saving and reloading stuff when i want to work further on it. This transparency-bug is a real Killer.
