My Pressure shapes don't work anymore

Hi
I'm running OS X 10.5.8 using a Wacom Intuos3 tablet and Pressure shapes aren't working.
It's weird because they used to work just fine. I haven't used Alchemy for a few months and when I tried today there was no response from the tablet, just a solid line like if I was using a mouse. The tablet is fine in my other apps.
I've tried replacing the 'libjpen-2.jnilib' file in the Java folder as suggested in another thread here but the problem still persists. I've also tried deleting my preferences and even reinstalled Alchemy, but no use.
I'd really appreciate some help with this, pressure shapes are great, I want them back

I've found there is a slight bug in the latest JPen library, so I would try and replace the libjpen-2.jnilib with the one found in the "090914" release found here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jpen/files/
This version also has some bugs but it should work.

See if that works and let us know.

I had the same/similar problem and replacing the libjpen-2.jnilib in Alchemy with the 090914 release fixed it for me.

For those on mac that are not sure where to find this libjpen-2.jnilib file you can find it by right clicking on the alchemy program and selecting "show package contents". and from there navigate to Contents/Resources/Java and replace the libjpen-2.jnilib file found there with the 090914 file of the same name from the link Karl pointed to.
