Although, I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that this may after all have been a problem on my end. When I downloaded this version I just so happened to run the program from within winRar before unraring it, and it worked fine. I then continued to extract it onto my desktop, which had the old 006 (actually, at this point broken 007) folder still on it. Instead of simply deleting the old folder, I decided to overwrite it, as I had done with every other version. Once overwritten, it would no longer work.

So I decided to try deleting the folder altogether and then reinstalling it to see what happened. It worked once I tried this.


Anyway, just wanted to apologize if this was my fault all along...
