Pull Shapes tools

when i select the Pull Shapes option, generaly a dropdown toolbar appears and let me to select de folders and other thing... well... today i open Alchemy, select Pull Shapes, and the tools disappear...
i close and reopen alchemy but its the same...

Have you messed with any of the module folders or the modules themselves?

I found the problem...
is something wrong with some .pdf files i put in the shapes folder... i dont know whats wrong, but i simply remove the files and the dropdown tools apear.

How do we get our own pull shapes to work in Alchemy? Are there some guidelines posted somewhere?

I came across this same problem today and managed to narrow it down. I think it was my gradient fills in my shapes that caused my pull shapes menu to disappear. I was using adobe illustrator to create vector shapes and saving as pdf 1.4. when the shapes had gradient fills (with or without transparency) they caused the error, when I made the fills solid, the error went away.
