Hey,
I did a quick search and it looks like this is caused by the exclamation mark character in you 'Files!' folder - stupid I know.
It seems like Windows does not like loading from paths with those types of 'special' characters.
Can you move it to somewhere, even the Desktop for now, and let me know how you go.

It is funny how many times this has come up - creatives are never satisfied with the standard character set it seems, and rightly so.
